Welcome to Headless. These terms govern your use of our service. We've written them to be clear and fair—because that's how business should work.
The Basics
By using Headless, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on their behalf.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Your Account

- →Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- →You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
Your Content
You own your content. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over the content you create, upload, or store in Headless.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide our service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload. Don't upload content that infringes on others' rights.
Acceptable Use
Please don't:
- • Use the service for illegal purposes
- • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- • Interfere with or disrupt the service
- • Reverse engineer the service
- • Use automated systems to abuse the service
- • Upload malware or malicious content
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. We'll notify you and give you a chance to address issues when reasonable.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but can't guarantee the service will always be accessible. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We're not liable for temporary unavailability.
Data & Backups
We perform regular backups and have disaster recovery procedures in place. However, we recommend you maintain your own backups of critical content. You can export your data at any time.
Pricing & Payment
Free tiers are provided as-is. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You can cancel anytime. Annual subscriptions can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days. After that, you'll retain access until the billing period ends.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.
Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that, we'll delete it in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
